OK...I jumped up at 5am yesterday with intentions of finishing the metal roof on the old cook house/garden shed and just finished. I had the top straight an level and opposite walls were not at right angles which made roofing a challenge but turned our really well I think!
The last two panels had to be cut and used a carbide metal cutting blade in my skill saw and cut it like it was like butter but man it sent shaving's everywhere. You will see me in my purple Do-Rag getup to protect my face! I think I look like a mad terrorist!
Wow Jason, it is looking good! Hey, we found a bees nest on our garage, could you please put on your purple garb and get it down? Hubby has a cold and is pretty sick, and I am AFRAID of bees nests. Oh...I should get a photo. Any suggestions?
I just added pictures of latest work on the old cook house over the fourth of July weekend. Flooring has been added to the upstairs, the gable ends have been filled in, and an octagonal window added to the front. Check the new pictures out by clicking on the picture to the right and scrolling to the end.
